    Need a lower body routine. Can only use dumbbells. HELP!

    I am not going to be able to hit the gym for the next month or so. I have a dumbbell set at home but that is pretty much it. What exercise routine will be good for my lower body workout until I get back to my gym?

    thrusters. Take two dumbbells and hold them at shoulder height. Squat down, keeping the dumbbells on the shoulders. As you rise up, press the bells to the overhead lockout position. You can either press as you rise or use the momentum to help "kick" the bells overhead

    If you get your balance down maybe a one legged squat? Though I dont know how effective that would be.

    High rep squats and lunges should hold you over, as long as your dumbbells aren't pink or green.

    Hamstrings are the main problem to be honest. Probably some sort of dumbell straight leg deadlift would be best.

    They are murder. I could only use 40s doing these.

    do 5x15 lunges they will KILL you
