Is eating Egg Beaters going to provide me with similar nutritional benefits as just eating eggs or egg whites?
Is there a significant difference between the two? Should I avoid one or the other?
i don't know the nutritional breakdown of egg beaters, but you should eat your fill of eggs in general. one of the best sources of bioavailable protein out there. and don't worry too much about the cholesterol thing, unless you have genetic cholesterol problems in your family.
