I am only 15 pretty strong, but i have a problem. My shoulder, elbows, wristes fingers, and knees. Always cricklle and cracklle wehn I do workouts. Is this a bad thing. They dont usually hurt, but the noise is pretty frighteing.
my left knee cracks EVERY single dime i go below parallel, whether in lifting or not, it doesnt hurt though
youre fine, when it DOES hurt, then you have something to worry about

lol I couldnt think of anything else to call it cause i thought i was in horrible shape. No it doesnt hurt it just kind of pops. Glad to know im not the only one lol. thnks ffor the quick response.
whenever i do situps on the decline bench, my left leg cracks. ive always wondered if its anythin serious but i guess not.
