I'm 16, I am 6"1 and 132 pounds, so I'm quite badly underweight, my BMI is about 16%. I'm pretty new to building my body, I'd say I have good abs and decent biceps for my age, although I think my pecs are poor. Overall I have a pretty skinny physique. I wish to gain some weight so I'm maybe 160 pound. I am considering progain, my diet sucks and my metabolism is really fast so i recognise I may have to improve my diet, any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks.
