could anyone possibly make some suggestions for a diet for a 16 year old? I wanna bulk up, but i dont really know what to do nutritionally. I am about 5'8'', 145 lbs. and i want to get up to about 175 pretty soon. I know no more school lunches and stuff, but im looking for a more comprehensive diet, with what i should be eating, and what i should stay away from. any suggestions?
