The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    10 lbs... is alot

If I were to lose 10 pounds of pure fat, I would look that much better. I never realized how much (volume wise) 10 lbs of fat is.

It really doesnt take much to look that much better (assuming your about 15% bf). Anyone else realize that?

True. But 10lbs of fat loss from 15% is hard to do. The lower BF% you get the tougher it is to lose fat and retain muscle >.<

I was actually thinking about that the other day. If I wanted to be 10%, I would have to lose ~5% bf, from 155lbs. That's like 8 lbs of fat. If I could cut that off, I would be pretty cut. For now I'm going to keep bulking, though.
