I dont want a 4 pack but ive seen other people with them. Is getting them genetic or what?
Yup, 4,6,8, its all in the genitics.
I'm one that gets the 4. If I dropped to ridicoulously low BF% I may get a 6'er.

Yeah Adam's got it right.
As many have pointed out in the past, Arnold only had a 4-pack. It's purely genetics.
Personally, I don't think my top two abs will show until I get to a very, very low body fat, and I'm just not interested in that right now. For most people, they can't the bottom two abs to show. We're all different.
Its definely not 100% genetics. I am the first person in my family to have a six pack.
It's 100% genetic. You can't change what you're born with. You only have to work with what's been given to you. Are you also the first person in your family to pursue an active weightlifting lifestyle?

Well im more weightlifting for football and boxing. My uncle worksout also. What I basically meant was that everyone has the muscles so if you just cut you will get the 6 or 8
You should probably research what a recessive gene is.

I can feel 6 clearly when im sitting down. Just seemed odd to see a guy at 7%bf with only a 4 pack.

i didn't think genetic necessarily meant that if your parents have a 4 pack, then you too shall have a 4 pack. Moreso that it depends on how your gentic makeup is created at birth. If you have a 4 pack, you have a 4 pack because that is the way you were created.

I used to have an 8 pack. Now I have the slightest outline of a 6, but it takes a trained eye (mine) to see it. Working on getting back to 8.
Ive never actually seen my abs... so i cant tell.
Being a strong teenager means nothing.
My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.
