    olympic weightlifting

I would really like to go from my boxing type of workout to olympic style lifting, I have done some powerlifting in the past but got away from it due to injury But I am coming back!!!

Look for a local trainer and do it up. The training will help your boxing. You should see power and speed gain by the training.

I did cleans from a hang position for the first time on sunday, did three sets ( 95 3x5 ). I've looked at alot of videos on the net, and I guess I did them ok. I will say that I really liked it as a exercise, and I it is going to be a regular exercise on my RE days.
Success is achieved by doing a little more than you thought you could, and a lot more than anyone else.
