    kettlebell alternative

    I was looking throught the wannabebig archives and found a conditioning program i'd like to try but it calls for the use of kettle bells. For those who have looked over this article, is the use of kettlebells pertinent or could i get away with using dumbbells for these exercises. If not, any suggestions on what I could use here instead? Thanks

    You can use a DB most of the ways you use a KB. However I would advise not throwing a DB if its plate loaded.
