Friday morning I went into the gym with an open mind to see what I got for one rep. I ended up getting 300x1 on the bench. This is the most I have lifted on bench for a single. I have done lower wt for reps giving me a calculated max higher than 300 but to get it on the bar, bring it slow down and explode it up was thrilling. Nobody I associate with daily gives a hoot so I thought I would share with those who(WBB) have the same addiction I do, the iron.
