    meal plan

    OK whats up, i posted a few times a while back then i got lazy, well now im motivated again.... well im really trying to just gain mass now and then work on the muscles more towards the summer.... i really need to gain mass lol ok well i dont really know myy daily calorie intake thing whatever its called BMR i think... whatever i did some online site caluclators they all said between 1700-2100 calories.... well im trying to get to around 3000 so i can get frmo 134 pounds to about as much as i can lol im not worried about it all being fat right now cause im mad skinny anyway ....can anyone tell me how much weight they think i can gain frorm this a week... a pound... less or more... its about twicece as much food as i used to eat im guessing

    breakfeast 6:30 - 2 glasses whole milk, protein shake, and two scrambled eggs, iced tea

    7:50 at school - bacon egg chese on a roll, 2 pop tarts

    11:00 - chese burger, fries, 2 pop tarts and a whole can tuna/mayo on a roll with a few cookies and a soda

    2:30 - two more pop tarts, yoohoo

    3:45 - tuna sandwhich with mayo on a roll

    5:00- dinner usually pretty big like either 3 slices pizza, lazangha, baked ziti, mad pasta, whatever mostly italian food tho or chicken cutlets like that stuff... and some iced tea

    9:00- another like dinner serving of what i had for dinner and a half a protein shake



    ... ok so how does this sound... enough to gain any weight? thats about as much as i can eat because i aint got much money and food is mad expensive in school

    umm, before i talk to you, lol, u should look at the others people diets posted and draw your own conclusions. You don't have enough protein, nearly enough, you have like a billion empty calores, pop tarts, mayo, etc. I know foods expensive, but try to get your hands on some chicken, and eat the tuna without the mayo.

    Why do skinny people all insist on becoming fat? Yeah being too skinny isn't great, but being overweight sucks too... AND LET ME TELL YOU, its 1000 times harder to lose fat then it is too put it on. If you wanna get bigger, put on muscle mass, screw fat!

    Yeah I agree. Imagine how good your gonna look when you add just muscle to your skinny frame. I looked great when I first started training.

    well

    well i dont mean i want to become fat as in 200 pounds.... i just want to gain some size before the summer because im now 6'1 or 6'2 and 132 pounds.... just picture that in ur head... and i was working out from august to about christmas, (pretty nice results for such a short period of time).... and then i lost motivation... but in order to gain that much mass on muscle dont you gotta just work out for like years? and also .... boxing - is that considered a cardio excercise thing, i joined some boxing thing with 2 friends hoping thatll keep my motivation up a little, but since im moving around so much will that burn anything at all.... im guessing not much but it will

    so if i add say two more whey protein shakes, nd instead of those poptarts and **** eat a little chicken cutlets on a sandwhich or something?.... i just picked those because its easier to eat them like just in class or on bus or whatever... well would that be enough or still more protein in there... sorry im not good at estimating protein % and calories and whatnot... thanks anyway

    * You need some Carbs here. Add some oats. up the eggs to 5 and lose the protein shake.

    * foget the pizza. Eat more plenty of carbs. Pasta is good, so are potatos. Don't forget your protein. What the hell is a backed ziti ?
    Have Olive Oil with this meal.


    9:00- another like dinner serving of what i had for dinner and a half a protein shake

    *Egg Whites, Cottage Cheese and Milk would be ideal here. Even some natty Peanut butter too.

    thanks alot... and u never heard of baked ziti... like the really cheesy pasta with the bigger smooth noodles kinda lol id unno how to explain its mad good tho every restuarent sells it in america... where do u live?
