The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Searching

Hi guys just passing I don't know if this is the correct section to post this but it may help. I've been using this for about a year now and its an extremely good way to search your favorite site, if yourl ike me like to read lots of articles.

Basically go to google and type site:wannabebigforums.com, as an example.
So, lets say you want to find threads about estrogen. Well you go site:wannabebigforums.com estrogen.

Or lets say T-nation. Click here

It's really the best way of searching your favorite site, but can't be bothered registering and/or become confused trying to find the article section on some websites. I found some really great old articles and new ones, got a ton in bookmarks. It might seem like another crappy tip but believe me its not I've never stopped using it, I didn't even know half these articles existed! In particular the War On Estrogen from T-nation was a good long read.[even though half their articles are usually contradictory to previously written ones] And I'm sure I would have to go through all the archives n all that.

    Thanks

    http://www.google.ca/intl/en/help/refinesearch.html

And here's a whole load of other features: http://www.google.com/help/features.html

There's a lot of cool **** that google can do.
For anyone who doesn't know, google has a built in calculator, that includes unit conversions (try Half a cup in teaspoons and for all you geeks out there, try asking What is the answer to life, the universe, and everything

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to know the answer to "What is the average airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?"
It also has a bunch of hilarious units, like ******s, furlongs, and fornights.

    I love google

PS: Should this be moved to general chat?

EDIT: The unit that is "******s" in my post is "f a g g o t s". It's a unit of measure referring to a bundle of sticks.

EDIT #2: Apparently it doesn't support ******s anymore, but it did at one point. It will also give you a direct answer to statisical questions like "What is the population Peru?" and it includes its source.
