Ok, I know that urine is supposed to be yellow, but recently I started cutting, and I always peed clear before (I kept hydrated), but now my urine is a yellow color. Not brown, or very dark yellow, but it still concerns me. I am drinking all the water I can, but is this just a result of my upped protein intake (fitday link below)? I dont think its too much protein by any means.
Am I getting concerned over nothing? I just know that yellow urine is a sign of dehydration, but since I am keeping hydrated, could it be something more?
