There is one day during the week that im confused about (everyday is different)
Wake up at 730 - meal 1
then leave my house at 830
get to school at 930
my class schedule is
when should I eat, and what?
I'm going to eat at 730, then obviously I cant eat til 10:50 (what should I have) I only have 10 minutes, and ill be walking.
Then lunch from 12:20-1 but if I eat at 10:50 i really shouldn't eat again til 12:50 then i have class til 3:50 ahhhh someone help
cant you eat during class??? if not I would eat in the car before that first class
then again after the class at 11
Protein bars are nice for on the go nutrition. Some cottage cheese and chicken or tuna maybe even a hardboiled egg in a small tuperwear container are not a bad idea either.
i have the same problem now. i have been on winter break for the last two weeks and have been countin my cals and have been eating good ... but now that i am in school i dk what to eat besides protein bars. if i take some kind of chicken by the time i eat lunch at 12 idk if itll last... plus how much chicken can ya eat? and i cannot eat tuna or cottage cheese cuz it doesnt agree with me.

Peanut butter sandwhiches, nuts, dried fruit, etc.
How is this?
7:30am - 5 egg whites, 1 cup oats, and 1 cup skim milk
10:30am (while in class) - http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/bioc/greenbars.html
12:45pm - 2 slices ezekial bread, 1 can tuna, maybe some oats/almonds on the side
3:45pm - shake in the car ride home (1 hour)- oats, protein
4:45pm - GYM TIMEEEEEEEEEE
then diet as usual...
I'm just a little worried about that protein bar, since I'm on a really really clean bulk. Think it would have any negative effect? Seems pretty clean...

Seems fine man, just get one that tastes good and doesn't have a metric asston of sugar.
