Welcome aboard Rhodes. I really like this place. A lot of positve stuff going on here. Guys, Rhodes played ball with Wendler from Elite. He has trained with Louie at Westside. He knows his stuff. I think he will be a great addition.

I'm moving this to the online journals section.

    Welcome to the forums!
    Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei
"You're wrong, and I have a completely irrelevant pubmed abstract that may or may not say so." - Belial
    I has a blog.
    I has a facebook.

I'm 6'4" and when I compete I'm around 300-310. I actually look more like a bloated volleyball player without backne. I have some pics. I'll post them when I get a chance. Drew is a child molester and he's gay, BTW.

Also, I just ate a corn muffin in 34 seconds. Don't ask why I timed it.

Just getting started here and you already have several gay/bacne remarks. I haven't even seen Pop here yet.

Are you doing GMs with a straight bar or what? Ebol was talking about only doing rounded back GM, F that.

Bill - I am a fairly educated man, however, dick, fart, and gay jokes are just funny. No harm meant. Just funny. It's not backne, it's a rash...

Drew - EBol is a gay homosexual. I used a straight bar (not a gay bar) and kept my back as arched as I possibly could

Training Template for those of you who might be mildly interested. It's a 3-Day Week

    TUESDAY - DE Bench/Bench Assistance
    1. DE Bench (30-40% of raw max) 6-8x3
1a. Repetition Method for chest on a 3-week wave
    2. Shoulder Press Work 5-10 rep range
    3. Heavy Rowing - around 5 reps
    4. Lighter Rowing - more than 10 reps
    5. Triceps - hi volume
    6. Biceps - kinda heavy
    7. Ab Work

    FRIDAY
    ME Bench
    1. 2, 3, 4, 5 Board Press (rotate)
    2. Shirt Work (2 weeks in, 1 week out)
    3. 5-6 Board Press (Lockout Work)
    4. Shoulders (Raises, DB Cleans, Rear Delts)
    5. Pulldown - more than 10 reps
    6. Biceps - hi volume

    SATURDAY
    Squat/DL
    1. Squat work (every 3rd week in full gear)
    2. DL Variation or GM's
    3. Hamstring Work - hi volume
    4. Heavy Ab Work
    5. Wrist/Forearm

Here's the basic plan. I'm gonna give it a ride going into my next meet in May. We'll see how it plays out.

Trying to gain some weight, so I'm going on the EMP (Energy Management Program) If you don't have fat-guy dick, you're not big enough!
