How tall are you? You looked much thicker than 165. It's also had to tell if your butt was touching the bench. Solid efforts.

You must have your strategy down cold, because it looked like your butt was up to me, too.

Good stuff. Only criticism I would have, is that you might be locking your legs out too soon on your deadlifts. This turns it essentially into a stiff-legged deadlift, and puts a lot more pressure on your lower back and hamstrings.

I've done the same thing, and it's pretty common, but if you can work on driving a bit more with your legs before you lock them out, you may get some more poundage out of the lift.

    Again, good work!

    thanks for the compliments
ya, i still have alot to learn for deadlifting, its coming along a little bit, hope to do 405 next month for that competition.

still trying on refining my bench form to trying to get even more arch in my back and playing with leg placement so i can get as much drive as possible with them hopeing for a 365 soon.

ya thats the Wolfe in the background

Awesome raw bench strength man, your still the biggest 165 i've ever seen though haha. Your deadlift form could use a bit of tweaking and is it just the angle or are your knees bowed in at the start of the pull?

    Very impressive bench press.

I agree with your brother/friend you could have easily gotten 5-10lbs more on the dead.

I'm very very impressed at the bench man. I weigh 225 and I can't do anything near that. Really solid!
