    smelling bad.

    What do you guys do ater a workout if you dont have time to take a shower? I spray on tag, axe, or bod. But that wears off quick and I heard its bad for you. I need some help. thanks

    What are you doing afterwards? No showers at the gym to use? Shower and preparation could be in 10 minutes if u hurried.

    Lots of deodorant before and lots of deodorant after... Best thing to do would be to make time for a shower, though.

    Listen up bro , here is your answer ... no time for a shower ? I carry AT ALL TIMES a travel pack of baby wipes . You can wipe down in 30 seconds and take a whore bath with your axe after that . Grab a wipe and hit your face then your pits , then grab anew one and hit your junk , then grab another and do your body . Seriously ... 30 seconds and you're done .

    The baby wipes are the best . Buy some , you will not be sorry . Go to Target and buy the pack with the plastic dispenser and then buy the large three pack and leave it at home . You wont run out for about 8 months .

    Get to the gym earlier and take a shower.
    Squats work better than supplements.
