    Been off of lifting

    Hey guys, I am going to start lifting again. I stopped around July. How do I know what weight to start at. I use to squat 255 and bench 155. Any help?

    There is no formula or anything to tell you. Just start light and keep moving up to see how much you can still do.

    ^ well said. Lift as heavy as you can while maintaining proper form and desired rep range.
