I eat about 2500 calories per day, with a 40/40/20 ratio for proteins/carbs/fats. With that amount, my protein is around 230 g of protein and only 286g of carbs. I only weigh 146 at the moment. Is this too much protein and too little carbs? Or will this be fine for a bulking diet?
Why are you repeating posts? Do some searches and you will see ratio approach is useless.
It's not enough food. I'd eat more. 2500 isn't really a lot of calories for a bulk.
