    Sushi Anyone?

    I love sushi! All the different kinds of rolls as well as the raw fish. But I have no idea how many calories/grams of protein/etc are in a sushi roll. I had a dragon roll today at lunch and tried to find it in fitday.com. But they dont really have that sort of thing. Any ideas how I can track different types of sushi rolls?

    I am a huge sushi fan as well. The above link should work fairly well , however if you have something specific try googling it like___"california roll nutrition" and that might get some other different hits.

    I love the sushi too , except the carbs are usually twice or more (grams) the protein, unless you get the shashimi. Love either one though.
