    what are Standing rope pulls to neck

    I dont want to sound like an idiot, but I have been searching the web for atleast 30min trying to find what these things are and I just cant seem to find out how to execute them. Could some one help me?

    Stand facing a high pulley. Attach a tricep rope to it. Using your hands, grip the rope. Pull to your neck.
    Squats work better than supplements.
