So I have been luckey enough to be blessed with the ability to work at mcdonalds...I work after school from about 4-11. How am I going to get all the calories I need? I was thining a weight gainer shake n just sip on it but are there any that are GOOD and not just filled with sugar?

No. They're basically all like that. Make your own weight gainer shakes at home and bring them with you. There's some high calorie shake recipes in the Recipes section of these boards. Store bought weight gainers are garbage. I know when I worked at McD's in HS, I was able to eat some of the food while on break. In addition to a home-made weightgainer shake, bake up some grilled chicken for yourself. Many people I worked with would bring their own drinks to work, like pepsi or gatorade and stick it in the fridge while they worked. Just remember to not chow down on Big Macs or 1/4 Pounders all the time...that's what I did and I grew a tummy.
