    Question About Post and Pre Workout Diet

    What should I eat pre workout?

    For post workout, I figure I should take one scoop of Creatine and one of Nitrean to mix them together in skim milk, right when I get home from the gym.

    What about before though? Carbs for energy?

    Preworkout protein and postworkout protein w/ 5g creatine (dextrose if you have it, before and after in your shake).
