    WBB1 + Running?

    I'm doing WBB1 at the moment and was wondering whether a run once a week would do any damage to my muscle gains, I would eat enough calories to support it but wondered if it would affect my leg growth.

    Any ideas?

    Age - 25
    Height - 181cm
    Weight - 82.5kg (181 pounds)

    Squat - 130kg x 10 (287 pounds)
    Bench - 95kg x 2 (210 pounds)
    Deads - 95kg x 10 (198 pounds)

    Running once a week should be fine...especially on an off day.
    5'6", 145 lbs.
