Currently I am lifting 5KG dum bells.. These are sand dum bells. I lift them everyday except Sundays, because apparently you have to take at least one day off!
I am 13 years old (14 years old in April) and was wondering will this stunt my growth or stop any puberty changes etc?
They say its a myth, but still, I'm not going to take any chances.

:withstupi yeah i would leave it for a few years. you seem very immature and seem to have no way of getting someone to teach you form and how to lift properly which could result in injury. i would wait till you can join a gym then go.
besides, those 5kg weights arent gonna do anything for you.

id get myself to a gym if i were you, but dont do what others do, because thats wrong most of the time - look up all these exercises:
- full squat
- bench press
- ab pulldown
- overhead press
- one arm dumbbell row
- power clean
- pull up
- dumbbell shrugs
- leg curl
- dumbbell side bend
type these names in on www.google.com an search on how to do each one of them one by one, once you have done that post back here an tell me
