Currently I am lifting 5KG dum bells.. These are sand dum bells. I lift them everyday except Sundays, because apparently you have to take at least one day off!
I am 13 years old (14 years old in April) and was wondering will this stunt my growth or stop any puberty changes etc?
They say its a myth, but still, I'm not going to take any chances.
Simple answer would even be appreciated!
