    Uneven?

So I've had this problem for a few years now.

A friend of mine noticed an un-eveness in my chest.
Ever since then, I've noticed it and can't seem to even it out.
My left pectoral has a firmer inside, and seems to come out more into the armpit.
The right one isn't as protrusive, or big.

They also seem to be different shapes almost.

I could understand this a little better if I were a left, but I'm right handed, and I am stronger on my right side.

So would anyone have any tips I could use to even them out?
    Anything would be appriciated.

You cant spot improve the same way you cant spot reduce. Its genetics.. you have to live with it like the rest of us.

Do isolation work like DB bench so each side is worked the same amount. Although I doubt the one pec is smaller because the other side is dominate. My right arm was way stronger then my left, but each were the same size.

I thought you couldn't spot reduce fat?

I was under the impression you could in some cases increase muscle size on one side? ... I have a sneaking feeling I may be wrong even as I'm typing this but...

I have this with forearms and lats. What I've noticed is that as I get bigger, the percent difference becomes smaller and it is less noticeable. That's really all I got. Never seen a great solution for this.

jimmy smith recommends unilateral work for all parts of the body, which helps correct imbalances.

    "Unilateral exercises are _____________

... something people need to do more. You correct bilateral deficits and also help increase joint awareness. You incorporate more core function and raise the workload to the muscles being trained. More and more research is coming out that shows that unilateral exercises actually result in more muscle recruitment and strength gains than bilateral exercises. Food for thought."

my left bicep is bigger than my right and i think it's because since i'm right handed, my left has to work harder to catch up so it got hit harder than my right. same goes for my chest.

My right arm looks bigger and more cut but my left arm has no definition but is stronger...I'm left handed for creative things and right handed for sporty things...

Sometimes one lung is noticeably larger than the other, causing asymmetry in your chest that is impossible to correct.

If you continue to work out it will eventually even itself out, don't worry about it to much.
I am SO glad I'm female.
Seriously - I had NO IDEA it was this complicated.
I just tell my husband he makes love like a God, feed him a steak, and I'm done for the day. Super easy.
