Ok i had major surgery and i'm hoping to be back in the gym within a month. One of my legs has shrunk cuz of a cast. Now what can i expect and what can i do?
should i train the one leg extra???
any tips and advice would be great
Um...take it slow and work your way back up.

use workouts like hamstring curls and leg extensions on one leg (weaker one) and than use compound lifts like squats and leg presses to workout both and than just slowly work your way back slowly
