Well, I am back at lifting weights again. I had quit lifting long enough to forget my old routine and I want to create a new one. I am limited to what I can do for exercises (I use a bench at home). Here is what I have so far...
I need a few more. What should I add and knock off? I plan on working out from Monday-Friday. If it isn't a problem, can you help me divide each exercise to each day of the week. I want to mix in legs and upperbody each day (if possible).
