Lately, I've been doing an upper /lower split twice a week: Monday, upper, Tues Lower, Wed off, Thurs upper, Friday lower. Typical stuff.
Well, I'm now playing volleyball on Wednesdays. I was thinking of not doing a lower body workout the day before I'm going to be running and jumping.
So I was thinking about doing:
Any thoughts? I can't see any reason why this would be detrimental to any progress.
