    Yea that's pretty nasty. I didn't know that herpes could spread that way....or maybe I misread the article.

    i got ringworm from wrestling mats all the time. i know a few dudes who have gotten it at my gym too, another reason not to use the machines

    You are correct in that if he rubbed it on his wang, he could possibly transmit the disease there.

    What he was trying to explain is that there are different kinds of Herpes. Simplex 1 is the non-STD kind, such as the kind in this report, or the common cold sore. Simplex 2 is the STD kind.

    ok cool. But if spread to his wang, would it not give very similar symptoms as simplex 2?

    I think in that case bohizzle its simplex 1 being transmitted as an STD.

    I'm not sure how different the outbreaks are for each type, but I think it's safe to assume they would be similar.

    I don't know if they consider the transfer of an HSV1 virus via sex, an STD. You'd think so, but I had always thought they generally don't consider HSV1 an STD....
