    My squat felt strong today without wraps so I figured I could hit an easy single with 380 and then do a back off set. For some reason when I threw the wraps on I stayed way upright while sitting back hard and it threw me off when I went to push out of the hole. I usually lean over more when I sit back hard. I was too annoyed to even try it again. I think I will just keep this day lighter and go and squat with the guys in the monolift every other week.

    Thanks everyone. For some reason my raw bench cycles go pretty well when I train alone. No clue why.

    I skipped my squat session on Friday. I played full court basketball on Thursday after the gym for the first time in a few years and my legs were sore for like 3 days. Then I drank about 100 beers, give or take 85, on St. Paddys day. Back in the gym today.

    Goal today was 240 for 4 sets of 3...since I was still feeling weak from being sick, I decided to just hit doubles after the first triple felt really slow. I made sure to still hit the total of 12 reps with the 240. Hopefully I'll feel better by my next bench session on Monday.
