    Dude they are freakin amazing. It is so hard for me to drive by Taco Bell without stopping haha. I def have to try Chipotle, I've heard good things.

    I wanted to work those up and see where my narrow stance was, but I guess I was shot from the pause reps and basketball yesterday because that rep was slow lol.

    Deadlifts(raw/no belt)

    *45-60 secs rest between sets*

    405x1x5 sets(sumo)
    405x1x3 sets(conv)
    405x6(conv/tap and go)

    1-arm DB rows

    75x8
    100x15x2 sets

    Chins(neutral)

    1 set of 20

    Pulldown abs

    2 sets

    Reverse cable side bends

    2 sets

    After that I finished off with one "set" of a standard plank. Only the second time I have actually tried to do them for time. Last week I held it for just over 2 minutes and this time I made it to about 4 1/2 minutes. My abs, front delts and even quads started to cramp lol. I don't know if that is a decent amount of time or if they will help, but I figure as long as I get my weighted sets in before they can't hurt.

    Yea I wanted to hit 20 reps with BW, I was sliding back on the bench and hit the upright on like rep 13. Then I locked the next 3 out like over my belly button to avoid the uprights, lol. Decided to rerack and set myself up further down the bench. I'll get it soon.

    Felt surprisingly strong today. I had more reps in me on both work sets, but I hit my target reps and left some in the tank for once. My IPod even fell onto the plates I was pulling from on my 4th rep, I just looked at it for a second and ripped up the 5th rep real easy as my iPod dangled lol. I felt like I was good for 7 reps.

    the overhead strict press is hard when i used to do push presses alot my strict press was pretty good too..i guess from being overloaded constntly from the push press..

    3 sets and then held a plank for 5 minutes

    Squats felt good today. The hardest part was walking out and getting setup. The squat rack at the gym has low pegs for hanging weights on, even though it looks like the only plates that would fit on it would be like 5's. I just doubled the bands around those. I assume this adds 100+ lbs of tension since it is stretch further than it would be for bench. Then I did some pulls with short rest. After some singles with 315 I just kept adding a 25 per side for a few more singles.
