    Pushed this up one day early since I should be at school welding the next 3 days after work. Since this was the last heavy week of deficits before I start up a new cycle, I decided to try for another single after pulling the 485. It shot off the floor, but I couldn't get through my sticking point above the knees. I think if I went straight to 5 plates after 4 plates I would have grinded it out. I'll shoot for that at the end of the next cycle.

    Had work and school for the second straight day. Because of my busy schedule to start next week I wanted to get my bench work in tonight so I can bench again on Sunday. I didn't walk in the gym tonight until I had been up for over 16 1/2 hours, so not very ideal. I hammered through this session in just over 30 mins and all the bench sets felt like speed work, much better than the previous two sessions. Tomorrow I will do some squatting and pulling.

    I had planned on skipping this session because I was supposed to have work, then school and then softball...but as it turned out I just had work. So I started the deficit deads/pause squat cycle back over. Pulls were real easy and the squats could have been worse. Should be benching Thursday and squatting and pulling again on Friday. Once school is over I plan to try and make it out to squat with some of my peeps hopefully at least 2 times per month.

    Ended up having school after work today and I got to the gym way late and exhausted. Just like all the other bench days this cycle, my speed seemed to get better on every work set. Hopefully this trend will continue and this slow-progression volume approach will work out for me.

    Supposed to squat and pull tomorrow but my hammies are still sore as shit from Tuesday and I know I might crash after work tomorrow. So I will either suck it up and go or do that session on Saturday instead.

    I just started to take Results on Monday of this week. I decided to use it before training in place of the preworkout drink i was taking to keep the rest of my diet the same. For some reason the last two nights I trained I felt very dizzy when I got to the gym. Today it felt real bad, I was sweating and looked really pale. So I went upstairs and got pop tarts and Swedish fish and ate some during my squat warmups since I felt like my blood sugar was way low. Well the dizziness and sweats faded and I was ale to get some work in. Overall I was still shot from a long week so I kept the extra work short. Definitely going to get plenty of sleep this weekend!!

    It's ok. The last gym I was at was World gym too, but we had a ton of powerlifting equipment in there so it was different. Still crappy music in the background, but I keep my iPod on anyway.

    Good session today. This is the easiest and fastest the bench sets have felt yet. Not sure if it was a fluke or if something's clicking with this routine. 3 more sessions and then I bump the heavier work sets up 10 lbs and start over.

    Also, I took Results yesterday on my off day and felt fine and then I took it before training today and felt absolutely fine during my workout. So I'm not sure why I felt funny the other nights, but I don't think it's the Results.

    BWT- 161.5 down a few lbs after one week on Results, but feeling strong so far.
