    Thanks man. Mon and Wed sessions take ~60-90 mins....maybe less on Wed. Fri is the heaviest of the session and I usually train with other people so that takes 2+ hours.

    Squats are feeling real good. My best ever set with 4 plates was 4 reps. I trained alone today, hit 5 strong reps. If I wasn't concerned with walking the weight back in I think I could have hit at least another rep or two. I'm going to keep doing what I have been doing with squats, but I am switching up my bench work a bit. For deadlifts I need to get some work in with a deadlift bar and chains to really see where my pull is at.

    I grabbed the one guy in the gym I trust, who I talked into doing the last meet I did(it was his first). Anyway after I missed the first rep he was a little jumpy and there was some contact on the spotting. Weight felt light on my back, getting the setup with the bands pulling back was the hardest part. I think if I want to do any heavy bands again this cycle I will do it in the monolift.
