    Thanks everyone. Bernor is ginormous and he squatted 705 with the 2 sets of blues for a triple. For his height, the band tension makes the weight over 1100 at the top and he did it straps down no wraps. HE isn't human.

    I'm weighing between 160-163 at night time right now. Still have some weight to gain and m squats are only gonna get stronger when I do.

    Yup, gaining more weight will help that too. I have to hurry up and get my top end ready for 400 before you get there.

    Those squats are awesome. Hey Chris, is that the "proper" form for squatting (wide stance, going down really slow) or is that just the way you do it.

    That's the way I do it. I am the strongest in that position. Someone else might be their strongest with just wider than shoulder. Some might like to drop fast. You really have to find what works best for you.

    Remember, that is my form with powerlifting briefs/suits on. Things change entirely when I squat RAW like a normal human.

    Hehe, now you sound like my training partners. One of them, Chris Taylor, is like an inch shorter than me and is down in weight to like 265-270! I think his leg weighs more than me. He's always busting my chops about being skinny.


    I really want to fill out the 165's first and get a few good totals in. Hopefully I will be like 170-175 leading into the meet. Then I would like to move up to 181.

    LOL, I'd need to be holding a lot of Ice cream and cookie dough everywhere I go....or some test and dbol. This is actually as heavy as I have ever been in my life. So I'd have to be a cattle rancher to have access to enough calories to be 242.

    I did the squats inbetween all the bench sets. I have decided yet again, that I need to learn a raw groove and get stronger at it. My top end is light years ahead of my bottom end. Raw squats may do nothing for me or they might make a big difference. Only time will tell. Obviously tonights sets were joke easy, but I just squatted ridiculously heavy 2 days ago and will be box squatting Saturday, so I just wanted to practice the form.
