    Thanks everyone.

    BOB- I think if I added more gear it would make it worse for me. Knee wraps would kill me for that long and if I used tighter briefs or a suit, I wouldn't be able to get down with 315. I actually was suprised at how tight I kept the bar. I used a lot of chalk on my upper back and it seemed to hold pretty well.

    Getfit- I've been slacking on the vids. I'll try and get some benching on Thursday and some squat/dl stuff Friday.

    Thanks fellas.

    Somehow I managed to get a pretty bad cold since Tuesday. I was real tired yesterday and than last night and this morning my nose was stuffed up and my throat was killing me. I felt shot all day, but didn't want to skip my workout. The workout went well, but I feel even more like crap right now, lol.

    Sick, sick night! I just want to start off by saying that I am so blessed to lift with everyone that I lift with. These guys are all my brothers and that is why I practically live in the gym. Even when I'm done training, I don't want to leave. I don't want to miss any of the crazy lifts or just plain bull****ting that goes on. I love all these guys.

    As I said yesterday, I have some kind of cold that is messing up my head. One of them nose, throat, ears, suckiness things. Somehow I managed two good sessions in a row. The deadlifts tonight were just nuts. I'd actually like to test my conventional pull, but I think I will wait til after the meet. Who knows though, there's always next week. The high rep set I did completely toasted my hams and glutes. My lower back got a sick pump, but most of the work was hams and glutes. I think that's a good sign for me. I'll get the vids up later.
