Here I decided to get my knees wrapped by my buddy Spero and use the monolift(no walkout)

I am 90% positive that I will not be walking the weight out at the Asylum meet. I will be doing the single-ply division, but I will use the monolift on my squats. I think I would need more practice walking out heavy weights and I am having a tough time getting my feet out where I want them. If sometime in 2008 I decide to do a USPF meet or something I will do a whole training cycle of walked out stuff. I will hoever still be doing some lighter walkouts(like the SSB work and some moderate volume work I'll be doing in single-ply poly).
I watched the video of the 535 and I was very happy with it. My best ever squat in briefs/wraps(double play Ace briefs) is 550x1. Today the 535 came up strong and fast. In the next few weeks I'll work up a few heavier single in the same setup and see where I'm at. I think I have a good shot of being ~600+ at the meet if things go well. I'd be really happy with that. After those I kicked my ass a bit with the SSB. I was happy with those sets as well.
The plan is to wake up early enough this Sunday to train bench with the Sunday crew. No shirt work, but I may do some floor presses or something.
