    Fell behind on this.

    Thursday I shirt benched, but I felt like crap. My wrist was really bothering me and it felt the worst on the heavy attmpts in the shirt. Nothing special from that workout.


    Friday I pulled 365x8 off a 3-board with no belt(the video I posted). I also did partial zerchers off pins and hit 405x3 and 455x1 with no belt.

    I stopped there because the suit was cutting off the circulation on my left leg and it was all tingly. It is only tight in one place and that is the seam that is near the upper leg. I am going to try and open up the legs on it because I think if I could feel my legs I could squat something nasty in that suit.

    That was it. I was happy to get back in the canvas, but it was just too damn tight on my leg. Hopefully I'll get that worked out. I don't know if that hurt my deadlift, but 495 felt real good. The first shot @550 was moving real good, but I couldn't get the hips forward when it started coming over the knees. The second attempt I was just too shot and didn't get as high.

    Tomorrow I'll probably just raw bench. It seems the wrist doesn't hurt on the narrower grips, so maybe I'll try the shirt with a narrower grip. We'll see.

    I really have no clue. I'd like to think that I could squat 700+ with a properly fitted suit. My top end is ridiculous compared to my bottom end, so if I get the right pop out of the bottom anything is possible.

    Decent session. It completely kicked my ass. My back is tight as hell today and my hands just got beat up. I didn't think going over 400 for reps was gonna be too successful, but my previous best set of 6 was 405 and I just missed the 7th rep today @415.

    Chris your overall deadlift strength is awesome, nice pulling. Are you intentionally rotating between conventional and sumo, or just playing it by ear?
