Benching with the suspended weight was very awkward. I'm not sure if that is a good or bad thing. When I tried to do the reps fast I all over the place. After the first few sets, I started bringing the weight down slow and pausing and then exploding up. I liked that style better.
Tomorrow I think I will pull some heavy conventional reps from the floor and then hammer my upper back again.
