It was me, Bernor and the raw dog vs. the Mingo brothers and that other little speedy bastard. Todd tapped out after about 2.5 minutes of half-court basketball. I'd say he needs a little conditioing work, lol. We replaced him with the kid wearing moccasins and we won by one basket.

Do work son. No real plan today except to keep myself moving and do some volume. Cleans were just to work on some form. I am terrible at those. The rack pulls I liked. I did each rep by squeezing slow off the pins til I hit knee height, then I would engage my hips and glutes hard and explode through the lockout. I kept the weight light since I just pulled yesterday. I figured they would serve as both active recovery and to teach me to excelerate through the lockout which is something I am bad at. Then I hammered my abs.
Tomorrow I should be doing some heavy bench sans shirt. I'm not 100% certain about the weekend plans yet. I might be going up to the Asylum meet which will mean I will miss Saturday's session and maybe Friday's. We shall see.
