I was gonna try for a double, but decided against it.

I was thinking of going for a PR double tonight, but my back was not feeling too hot. I felt like a I strained something way down low, so after I pulled the 515, I decided to leave it at that. I didn't do any rows either because it was pretty uncomfortable after that. I just did some lighter upper back stuff and light abs stuff to try and stretch it out. I took some advil and I will relax the next few days. It will be fine, nothing serious.
