    Note to self...get your damn hips through!! I smash the weight yet again from the floor to the top like a speed rep and my hips don't get through. GAY!! There is a pic of me holding the first 540 at the top and literally the bar can't travel and further..but my hips just aren't shoved through all the way!! GRRRRRRR!!!! Woulda gave me a PR total even with sucking in the squat/bench.

    Considering everything you just mentioned it was still a strong meet. Fix that ****ing deadlift lockout! That miss was damn close.

    I loved those deadlift pictures - too bad there weren't some like that of the squats!

    That pull was about as close as my 2nd bench was haha; left arm was locked and right arm was a centimeter away haha

    Good to share the platform with you again CR - next time we'll have a better battle haha. This one sucked way too hard to make it any kind of battle hahaha

    ehh sorry about the meet man. you just don't have very much luck with deadlift...ever. haha i messed up deadlift my last meet. hopefully i'll do well in two weeks and at least break 500 this time.

    Yea, the pics are awesome!! Yea, both kinda under-perform at the meets. One day we will both hit 6-7 lifts and hit huge total PR's!!

    Tried something different today. Decided to squat raw against bands. I am not sure what minis doubled add, but I felt like the total tension was 200+ at the top and prob half in the bottom. So considering I haven't gone heavy raw in a while, I was happy with what I hit, especially 3 days after the meet. Prob a PR walkout too, lol.

    I messed around with some sumos at the end to see if it would be painful in my knee and suprisingly it wasn't. So that means I am going to try to add some sumos in this cycle which is a good thing.

    Well I bombed in the bench meet. Warmups got all messed up. I was opening with 375 and in the same flight as two people opening @800+. I tried to warm up accordingly since the last time this happened I was warmed up for an hour before I got out on the platform. This time I had to pass my opener since I wasn't ready and then I missed 400 twice. First time it shot up, but I didn't flare and get the bar back fast enough so I couldn't finish it. Second attempt was worse.

    Starting my new job soon and my schedule will be all over the place. I am also kinda burned out on competing...which is what happens when you do it every month, lol. I am going to train raw for a while and try and get strong as I adjust to my new job/schedule. On a side note I have a new girlfriend and she is freakin awesome!

    Started off the workout trying to squat raw. Did a bunch of sets with 135, 185 and 225. I tried wide stance, narrow, box, etc. Nothing felt good and my knee just seemed to be taking all of the load. Decided to pull instead and tried a new band setup which rocked!
