    Squeezed out two more bench PR's, but they were definitely tough. The 3rd rep with 255 was a grinder...not having a spot is prob the only reason I locked it, lol. I think if that didn't take so much out of me I could have paused 230 for 5, but it was still a PR. Next bench workout I will knock the weight back down again and try and work up in a similar fashion hitting small rep or 5 lb PR's.

    I didn't go too heavy on the back work, but it definitely felt better than the last few times. The last few sets of 10's were "heavy" for rep sets. My lower back started feeling a bit better today, I will see how it feels tomorrow to determine if I will squat or pull heavy.

    Back felt ok on those. Not 100% sure on the stance yet. I am trying to figure out my raw stance that will bring me the biggest squat sans briefs or suit. I plan to do my next meet in just a belt and wraps and I want to go over 500. Next week I am going to try a few inches wider with straight weight and see how it feels. Once I pick one I will prob work my squat day like I used to in gear. Just work up to a heavy 1-3 rep max and I will switch it up by using bands, chains, straight weight or even the SSB. I will do the repetition work on the other lower day where I will prob keep using the power squat machine I have been doing or maybe even some box squatting.

    Back felt strong on all of those until I did the last one. I hit the rep strong and would have tried 585-600, but I felt some of that same pain in my lower back and decided to shut it down. It's not too bad now.

    My tentative goal depending on how work goes between now and then is to compete at the Candyazz Classic which is usually the first weekend or so in February. That will give me a good amount of time to get my raw strength up and I plan to compete in a belt and wraps. We shall see.

    Didn't feel particularly strong warming up, but I still managed to hit a +1 rep PR with 2 plates and then another PR on the paused set. I think for the next few weeks I will keep the weights kinda light on my row/pulldown/chin movements and just do some volume. Any heavy pulling in that fashion really puts a lot of strain on my left forearm/bicep. It hasn't bothered me on my bench or deadlift though as I am hitting PR's on those weekly. We shall see.

    My back was still a little funky so I didn't want to do any kind of pulling. I was going to start with the power squat, but someone was on it. So I decided just to do some regular squats to keep working on my form. Went a little wider than I did on Friday and my form felt great and everything felt light(as it should).     Another day of bench PR's! I was shooting for 230x6 and 205x8(paused) for PR's, but the 6th rep was real strong so I banged out a 7th. I really hope all these rep 3-8 rep PR's carryover when I go to test my max again. I felt like the 7th rep with 230 today was easier than when I hit 225x7 on Sunday. I will try and keep these small bumps op and hopefully hit some more PR's over the next few weeks.

    Tomorrow is SQ/DL. Back is still a little tight, I will see how it feels tomorrow.

    That was it. I trained fast by myself in Gold's Gym. Squats felt good, next week I should be back @ EEBB to squat. That is the heaviest sumo I have pulled in a while. My best ever in a belt is 515 sumo and the 500 was strong. This was also with a regular gym bar and no baby powder. No knee pain during the pulls either, so that's a good thing.

    Just wasn't feeling it. My warmups felt heavy and I was expecting to hit 240 for a strong set of 5. The 4th rep wasn't easy enough for me to try a 5th with no spotter. I will see how I feel when I bench again on Thursday and determine if I need to dial it back a bit or if this was just a sucky day. I mean, 240x4 does match my best set of 4, but considering I hit 230x7, it should be higher now.

    Felt stronger today than yesterday, that's for sure. I am 99% positive that my best raw deadlift doubled was 505 for a grinder(with a DL bar and powder). I pulled this one easier in Gold's and was able to hold the second rep at lockout no problem. I will prob work up to 4 plates@ EEBB this week in a belt and wraps and see how it feels. Then I will try and write myself a little mini-cycle to test my maxes at the end of November.

Just tried to get an idea where I was at and now I have to figure out some sort of plan to bring it up and peak for a meet. I pulled the 6 plates strong off the blocks too and was able to hold it at the lockout for a few with no problem after.

    I felt much stronger today than I expected. I didn't eat too much today before training, I lifted the last 3 days in a row coming in and I also squatted and pulled heavy yesterday...which typically means I can't bench the following day.
