Figured I'd start a new journal here. I have a meet in just over 2 weeks(Feb 14th). I have been maintaining my bodyweight at right around 153 for the past 6 weeks or so and I will compete @148 and hopefully rehydrate back up to at least 153. My goal is to squat 600+ and total Elite.
