I have figured out how to wrap them. My main question was in regards to when during a bench session to use them and what lifts they are most effective with.

Example: ME Day...Would I work up without wraps to a 1rm, then add in wraps and repeat or would i do multiples with them?

and in regards to what lifts they are most effective with -
Flat BB, board press, floor press, skulls, etc.
