    Yesterday's squat PR was probably my hardest squat of this cycle so far. I was feeling it a bit today so I went up to my minimum weight of 415 and just singled it. As I go through the cycle I plan to keep bumping my minimum daily weight little by little. I'm hoping to feel confident with an opener of 435-445 by Feb.

    When I train alone, under an hour and I take my time warming up lol. It takes a bit longer when I train with my team, but still only around 1.5 hrs.

    I came in wanting to go heavy in the squat since I was finally back in the monolift, but I just wasn't feeling it. It almost seemed like the monolift was throwing my form off since I have been walking everything out. The last single was the best, but I didn't want to push it today. My goal for this training cycle is to not miss any reps. My pull felt good though and I had some left in the tank with 555.

    Some days I feel great, some days I feel beat up...but then again I felt that way squatting twice per week. I have hit PRs in the squat of 1-5 RM and have also hit a few gym DL PRs and a PR double on paused bench this cycle. The big test will be to see if I PR at the meet.

    Great day today with my team. I didn't feel so great warming up, but once I got the wraps on my squats felt real strong. The most I have squatted in the past year was 450. I ended up matching my all-time squat PR that I hit at a meet last November when I was a few lbs heavier. I have been a lot more consistent with my calorie intake lately and I think it's starting to show. This was a good confidence booster and I still have 8 weeks until the meet to get bigger and stronger.
