Hey guys im wondering if anyone knows and really good excericises to include in my routiene for the development of the muscle in the middle of the chest. Im on a cut right now i just cant seem to see a really good devlopment in the middle of my chest.. theres def a good pec devolment just seems like it lacks in the middle. Thanks-FBG

bench press, brench press alot of weight.
Do db presses and flys 3x8 every time you bench, and do them afterwards. This subject has indeed been covered, and you cannot isolate parts of your chest, so the idea is to train the whole chest and the "middle" will naturally be brought up with the rest of it.
when you say middle chest, I am guessing that you are wishing for more size near the sternum?
Not a lot you can do. Some of it is genetics and unchangable factors, but I would recommend full range of motion when benching. Narrower grip, touch the chest, lockout and squeez at the top.
u cant build muscle in the very middle because you have bone there(sternum). a guy in my class was asking that too. he wanted 1 solid pec instead of 2 pecs
