Did this first thing in the morning, it helped me feel human again. Pretty beat up from the first two solid days of training back in a row.
Made homemade pizza Saturday night, well, actually Jessica did. I hammered quite a few. That and the sodium put me up to 289. Gotta be super strict this week. I was 286 last Friday. I'd like to be 285 or below this Friday.
