Thanks homie. I'm starting to find a flow with the new routine. I'm in a really good place. I think going a bunch of months not meet training is working out.

30 minute walk on the beach

I live pretty close to the ocean so I figured why not. Walking on the beach is tough on the calves, but the view was well worth it. I think these walks are better for my body and soul rather than being on the hamster wheel.

Plus, when it's an enjoyable experience you're more apt to get it in when you could find an excuse not to, and possibly spend more time per session.

30 minute walk on the beach

I was really pissed. It was low tide. I would have to have walked a good mile into the ocean to get into water up to my waist. Did not have the cardio or inclination to do so. Especially considering the water temperature is only in the 40's. This has happened to me a number of times over the years. I need to get a tide chart.

Brutal session, but I felt like I kicked some a$$. Really happy with taking quarter plates instead of plates during warmups. Plus I trained better without pre or intra workout carbs. Just kept healthy fats higher during the day.

I'm eager to learn what a Kaz's Press is. I read about his "modified triceps pres", but i couldnt find any info on how it is perfomed.
