    dang Vin..nice raw bench! I wish I could bench like that...my unequipped bench is really bad right now.

    Thanks Paul. I have not really been training it. I was doing Jim's 5/3/1 as assistance after my shirt work up until about 6 weeks ago. Then with the the two competitions I just let it slide. I'm just lucky that I maintain my raw strength. Thank goodness because I sure can't seem to do crap in the shirt.

    pushdowns 90x5 hammer curls 50x5 super setx3

    Had a weird day/week. Had to train Wed instead of Tues because I was busy changing my wife's flat tire on Tues. That went completely sideways and took 2 hours instead of 20 minutes. I really jacked my hands and wrists up. Anyway. I took a light workout and completed it in under half an hour. Important thing is that I got some work in.

    -Raw bench with bands doubled mini'sx10, doubled old greensx5, doubled new greeensx5, doubled greens and mini'sx1, doubled greens and mini's + 90lbsx1
    -mini band pull-aparts, pushdowns, face pulls, hammer curls allx10 for 3 supersets

    Felt like doing something a little different tonight for bench. Wanted the constant tension from the bands to stabilize my bad shoulder. It worked. I forget to incorporate bands in to my workouts. I need to use them more often.

    I have been reading Rhodes log over at Elitfts and I am so annoyed. Clearly he must be getting laid. He has lost his angry edge and is becoming a bore. The new Rhodes saddens me. Just look at what he has turned into.

    Pec and shoulder are still sore. I'm still a little sick, so I just wanted to get a little work in. The workout served its purpose.

    Gay nick here. Been training with poundstone and the ct strongman crew. I did not die rhodes is probably disapointed. I miss training with you guys and rhodes giving me a tongue lashing.

    Your training looks solid. Good to know your healthy and good luck at your raw meet big guy.

    Right now I am hovering around 250. I am trying to get down to lightweight status for my may shows I signed up for paxton mass and probably going to do the badass show in new york.

    Training has been solid. Made some good gains on a bulk went from 225 in august up to 260 in december. Yoke and frame has gone up by 100lb each and I have been making good progress doing 5/3/1 for squats and deads.
